We do ship internationally. Our cart is smart and will quote you shipping rates based on your location.
We are often asked why our delivery times are sometimes different from other companies, and we'd like you to know the following information about our company’s procedures:
1. We do not simply buy in bulk and repack like most of our competitors do. We hand manufacture a great deal of our products, in small batches, often on a per-order basis. This ensures that your product is completely fresh, and you can trust that it hasn't been sitting on a shelf waiting to be sold.
2. Each order is fulfilled in the order it is received, then hand packed and hand labelled, just for you, this ensures your products are as fresh as possible.
3. We totally understand that speed of delivery is important to you! However, our main focus is on fresh / quality products. And we do attempt to despatch as quick as possible. You will be able to view your delivery rates before finalizing your order on our shopping cart. Some items cannot be shipped by standard delivery mail because of their heat sensitivity.
Those products must be shipped by RM 1st class recorded delivery. Our cart will know the best way to despatch your order. Transit times will vary depending upon the carrier selected at checkout. More information will be posted on our shopping cart regarding shipping times.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will be refunded for any cancelled items. We do not accept returns of our products due to the environmental impact of reverse shipping and sanitary reasons!
Over 5 billion pounds of waste is created annually due to reverse shipping! We ask that our customers, use what they have, buy what they need and ask LOTS of questions before purchasing. We do still want you to be happy with and excited about your purchase, so if you have an issue, please email: email@example.com. All requests will be handled on a case by case basis.
We strongly encourage you to read our product descriptions, ingredients and care instructions thoroughly and to make well-educated purchasing decisions. If you have any questions, please email us prior to purchasing.
INCORRECT, DAMAGED OR MISSING PACKAGES.
If you received damaged products, save all contents and packing material and contact us within 2 business days of receipt at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please provide your order number, and a photo of the damaged product and shipping materials to ensure speedy customer service response time.
If we've sent the wrong item to you by mistake, please contact us immediately of receipt at: email@example.com. We will send the correct item at no additional cost.
Failure to contact us within 2 business days voids any responsibility we may have had.
If your package is missing, please have a look around your property to see if it was tucked away out of sight. Please check around all entrances, including around the garage. You could also check with the people who live with you, and ask your neighbours if they didn't perhaps pick up the package for you.
If the package is still not found, we will start a trace with Royal Mail, and take the required follow-up steps.
This process takes approximately 5-15 business days. You can help to expedite the process by contacting RM and providing your tracking number and other relevant information. We cannot replace packages until they have been confirmed missing.
