  • Delivery times.
    We are often asked why our delivery times are sometimes different from other companies, and we'd like you to know the following information about our company’s procedures: 1. We do not simply buy in bulk and repack like most of our competitors do. We hand manufacture a great deal of our products, in small batches, often on a per-order basis. This ensures that your product is completely fresh, and you can trust that it hasn't been sitting on a shelf waiting to be sold. 2. Each order is fulfilled in the order it is received, then hand packed and hand labelled, just for you, this ensures your products are as fresh as possible. 3. We totally understand that speed of delivery is important to you! However, our main focus is on fresh / quality products. And we do attempt to despatch as quick as possible. You will be able to view your delivery rates before finalizing your order on our shopping cart. Some items cannot be shipped by standard delivery mail because of their heat sensitivity. Those products must be shipped by RM 1st class recorded delivery. Our cart will know the best way to despatch your order. Transit times will vary depending upon the carrier selected at checkout. More information will be posted on our shopping cart regarding shipping times.
  • Do you test your products on animals?
    Never ever! We love our furry friends and members of families and will never ever test on them. Our products are only tested on humans.
  • Can you make a product just for me, specifically for my skin/hair?"
    Sure we can! If you would like a bespoke product, please contact us and let us know what product would you like, and describe as detailed as possible your skin/hair type and your concerns.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes, we do ship internationally to a variety of countries! If you are not in EU, your order may be subject to duties and taxes, your country's customs agency may determine you owe a duty or tax. Each country determines the assessment of duties and taxes differently.
  • How can I pay and what payment methods do you accept?
    All major credit cards are accepted through our payment gateway PayPal. You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay.
  • How can I change or cancel my order?
    If you change your mind, and want to amend/cancel your order- no problem! Simply contact us using the contact formwithin the hour and your order can be changed/cancelled, providing the item has not been dispatched.
  • Do you use SLS/SLES, silicones and parabens?"
    No, all Pretty Cat products are Sulfates SLS/SLES, Silicones and Parabens-free.
  • Are your products safe for Keratin-treated hair?
    Absolutely! All our creations are SLS/SLES-free, PH balanced, and do not contain any salts they are not harsh as traditional shampoos can be. Our customers with keratin-treated hair are using Pretty Cat products without any problems. In fact-the vegetable proteins in our hair creations can help your keratin-treatment last longer and perform optimally
  • How much do I need to use?
    Little goes a long way, our products are very concentrated and only a small amount is needed to deliver maximum efficacy. Use just a few drops of serums on your entire face and neck.
  • How should I store my Pretty Cat products?
    Keep our products in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. Store shampoo and conditioner bars under dry condition, away from heat and humidity
  • Do you offer a completely fragrance-free option?
    Yes, we do! Simply contact us when ordering and specify that you would like a fragrance-free option. Since there is no fragrance added, all you will smell are the natural scents of the ingredients of your product. It’s a pretty neutral scent, but some people may not enjoy it.
